The VAUDE QMR hooks with carrying handle serve as a spare part for bags with QMR fastening system. The tube diameter of your pannier rack should be 8 to 16 mm.

The second generation of VAUDE's Quick Mount R. hook: even easier to use and lockable directly on the hook (with e.g. ABUS 145/20 padlock).
VAUDE recommends a minimum distance of 11 cm between the hooks when mounting.
