The VAUDE Trailpack II is a waterproof, ergonomic backpack for bikepacking with a capacity of 8 litres.
VAUDE products with Eco Finish are environmentally friendly, water-repellent and are manufactured without fluorocarbons (PFC). PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used in many outdoor products to waterproof the outer fabric. As they are not degradable, accumulate in the body and are suspected of being harmful to health, VAUDE has decided not to use PFCs at all.
Ergo Shape
Ergo Shape shoulder straps are ergonomically shaped. This means that the contact area to the shoulder is wide to avoid pressure peaks. Around the shoulder joint, however, the straps are slimmer to ensure plenty of freedom of movement.

For weight reasons, Vent-Tex Ultralight does not have a back reinforcement, but without sacrificing comfort. Mesh padding, arranged according to the shape of the spine, offers comfort even on demanding trails. It does not absorb moisture and creates a large channel through which the back is ventilated to the highest possible degree.
