Manufacturer Suggested Usage:

Mix one sachet of drink powder with 500 ml of cold water, shake bottle for 15 seconds. Consume within 24 hours.
500 ml 1 - 2 hours before prolonged or intense exercise.
150 - 200 ml immediately before starting.
500 - 750 ml per hour for extended exercise.
500 ml within 20 minutes after finishing exercise.
