The KICKR BIKE SHIFT trainer by Wahoo is a smart ergometer that gives you an interactive workout tailored to your needs. You don't need to clamp in your outdoor bike - the KICKR BIKE SHIFT has all the components you need. The configuration can be adjusted to your physique via quick-release levers. The crank length is also adjustable. A set-up app helps you to ideally imitate the geometry of your bike. If necessary, individual components can also be replaced. The virtual gear shift can be adjusted to reflect the desired gear ratio. Shifters from both Shimano and SRAM as well as Campagnolo can be simulated for a perfectly personalised shifting experience.
KICKR BIKE SHIFT has a maximum braking power of 2200 watts and runs very quietly. The revised belt drive and electromagnetic brake react lightning fast to inputs to adjust the resistance immediately. If you get interrupted during interval training, the ERG Easy Ramp function will quickly get you back on track. The power measurement is carried out with an accuracy of plusminus 1 percent. The roller trainer can communicate via Bluetooth, ANT+ and WLAN, operates the FE-C protocol and is compatible with Apple, Android and Microsoft operating systems. To allow you to plan your training and virtually ride specific routes, Wahoo provides the SYSTM app and the RGT app. It is also possible to control the KICKR BIKE SHIFT via the ELEMNT GPS bike computer. The range of accessories is wide and includes, for example, the KICKR HEADWIND fan, the KICKR smartphone holder and the KICKR DIRECT CONNECT device for connecting the trainer to your internet router, which ensures a stable connection and facilitates firmware updates.
