The The conversion kit Hitch E by Weber comprises the Hitch E and a suitable tow bar connection with lock for your trailer.

The Hitch E by Weber is one of the most popular bicycle hitches on the market. The reason for this, in addition to the safety that has been proven a thousand times over, is above all the unbeatable ease of use provided by the patented bayonet locking system.
With an internal rubber buffer, the Hitch E is universally usable and suitable for transporting loads and children.
The Hitch E was developed with the aim of fitting to as many bikes as possible. The patented polygon mounting system ensures that it is mounted on the rear wheel axle in a way it cannot twist.

For safety reasons, a safety harness with metal buckle must be fitted to the tow bar when using Hitch E, from model year 2017 onwards. You can order it here as an accessory .

To connect a trailer to a Weber hitch, you need the matching tow bar connector. To do this, you must measure the outer diameter of the tow bar of your existing trailer. The inner diameter is only relevant for very thick tow bars. In our range of products, you will find different versions of tow bar connectors from which you can choose the one with the right diameter for your trailer. All models listed here are lockable.

Adjustments (e.g. shortening, drilling) to the tow bar or connector may be necessary for some trailer models. We therefore recommend that you contact our trained service team. Our workshop specialists are there to help you in word and deed and, if necessary, make the modifications for you.
