The Zipp Super-9 Carbon Tubeless Center Lock Disc disc wheel for modern triathlon and time trial bikes

The Super-9 rear wheel from Zipp is a super-fast disc wheel for triathlon and time trials. Its lightweight 28" carbon rim was designed using Total System Efficiency technology, i.e. a more generous 23 mm profile and an optimised tyre interface help you to minimise time losses due to wind and rolling resistance, inertia and vibrations. The hookless rim bed is designed for tubeless tyres with a minimum width of 28 mm and low tyre pressures of up to 5 bar, which improves handling and cornering. The Super-9 also has improved valve access and a built-in tyre pressure sensor. The ZR1 center lock disc brake hubs with ceramic bearings and the pawl freehub with 66 engagement points ensure a smooth, efficient ride.
