The bc original Flint, already known as a versatile gravel bike frame with generous tyre clearance, is perfectly complemented by the Seido RGT carbon gravel fork. Designed for modern all-road and gravel use, it pairs perfectly with the classic look of the Flint, providing you with a state-of-the-art foundation for gravel road adventures. Thanks to a 70° head tube angle, even more difficult descents are manageable. Toe-overlap, i.e. contact between the toe and the front wheel when turning in, does not occur even with thick 28" tyres and fenders. Speaking of tyre clearance: tyres up to 45 mm wide at the rear and even up to 47 mm wide at the front are possible. In addition, the compact design of the frame with a bottom bracket drop of 55 mm prevents you from pedalling in narrow, gnarly terrain. This way, your bike always retains its agility, and you benefit from the direct propulsion of the high-quality aluminium chassis on both short and long distances. This makes for more riding fun and comfort!
In the second generation, the Flint frame features a third bottle cage mount, a revised head tube and improved brake hose routing. The fender and pannier rack eyelets are tried and tested, making this frame suitable for commuting and bikepacking. A Cane Creek headset, a BSA bottom bracket and a seat clamp with integrated dust protection round out the frameset and make it a low-maintenance companion. As you probably know, the name " Flint" is an allusion to the flint that used to be mined from the Lousberg in Aachen, Germany.

The Flint frame and Seido RGT fork are each fitted with a thru-axle and all bolts. All other parts of the scope of delivery are not pre-assembled.

Note from the manufacturer:

The Cane Creek headset upper part is supplied with fork claw. However, this must not be used because it is a carbon steerer tube. Instead of the star nut, the headset expander, which is also included, must be used.
