A very light, minimalist protector backpack for Enduro riders. It sports a revolutionary combination of full back protection and a fully-ventilated carrying system. It's equipped with a snack compartment on the shoulder strap, as well as an attachment for full-face helmets.

Technology:

Liteshield Back Protector
The segmented layered structure of the Liteshield back protector, developed originally for motorcycle sports, combines optimal shock absorption with the highest possible comfort. The shock absorption of the Liteshield back protector is almost twice as high as required by CE standards (Maximum Impact Protection). The Liteshield back protector weighs only 145 g (Extra Light). The segmented layer construction (Comfort Layer Construction) allows the back to adapt to the contours of the spine (Adapts flexibly to spine). The shock absorption of the Liteshield back protector is not affected by varying temperatures - proven for temperatures from +30 to -20° Celsius (Temperature Insensitivity).

Liteshield Air System
Behind this system is a back protector with maximum ventilation, which still manages to achieve ample protection. The back area is particularly close-fitting, and features a large central ventilation channel and two rows of " ventilation grilles" . EVA foam strips for padding have ventilation holes and are covered with Air Mesh. A special slanted gable milling of the foam strips reduces the contact surface to the back and thus improves air circulation. The hip belt is extra wide, ergonomically shaped and made of AIRO FLEX material, which transfers the main load to the hips and keeps it there even when your backpack is fully loaded. All while guaranteeing optimal breathability.

Airo Flex
Airo Flex is an extremely stable fabric that is both air-permeable and flexible. It is used by evoc on the highest quality backpacks to guarantee both an optimal load transfer to the hips and a comfortable feeling thanks to maximum ventilation.

Nylon 210D Ripstop
This fabric is abrasion-resistant and yet extremely light. The ripstop construction means that the fabric is divided into segments so that tears cannot get bigger. Nylon 210D is therefore particularly tear-resistant and its PU coating makes it water-repellent.

3D Air Mesh
The three-dimensional textured fabric with different thread thicknesses (P75D*30D) provides optimal ventilation and cushioning properties for back panels and shoulder straps.
Air Mesh has pores that allow for optimal air circulation, but are small enough to prevent moisture absorption. This characteristic makes it the perfect material for the back parts of evoc protector backpacks.
