Technology:
Air Flow Contact SystemThis system was specially developed by evoc and is designed to transfer even larger loads as neutrally as possible to the center of gravity while minimizing contact with the back. Essential for this is a fit that’s close to the back. To keep your back optimally ventilated, evoc uses large ventilation channels and specially milled and perforated EVA pads, which are laid behind a mesh fabric, more or less on the inside.
Venti Flap
The Venti Flap system allows the back section to be folded away for maximum ventilation and thus improved comfort. On longer climbs, the distance to the back can be increased by opening the adjustment strap, thus increasing air circulation. During descents, the distance to the back is reduced again, thus guaranteeing a stable, movement-neutral fit.
N 210D Ripstop HD
This fabric is abrasion-resistant and yet extremely light. The ripstop construction means that the fabric is divided into segments so that tears cannot get bigger. Nylon 210D is therefore particularly tear-resistant and its PU coating makes it water-repellent.
Airo Flex
Airo Flex is an extremely stable fabric that is both air-permeable and flexible. It is used by evoc in the highest quality hip packs to guarantee both optimal transferal of the load to the hips and a comfortable feel thanks to maximum ventilation.
