Technology:

Air Flow Contact System
Thanks to specially milled and perforated EVA pads and ventilation channels that are routed inwards behind a mesh fabric, the backpack has a very close-to-the-back position and is still well-ventilated. The Air Flow Contact System makes it possible for even larger loads to be transferred almost neutrally to the centre of gravity of the head, but at the same time minimises the contact areas with the back and shoulders.

Air Circulation System
No matter what you ride, backpack ventilation is important for every biker. That's why Air Circulation is used in all evoc backpacks. Even during high exertion and perspiration, this system ensures optimum ventilation without cooling down the sensitive kidney area. A vertically guided air channel ensures a constant degree of free air circulation. In addition, further air can flow off via side openings along this channel.

Airo Flex
Airo Flex is an extremely stable fabric that is both air-permeable and flexible. It is used by evoc on the highest quality backpacks to guarantee both an optimal load transfer to the hips and superior comfort thanks to maximum ventilation.

Nylon 210D Ripstop
This fabric is abrasion-resistant and yet extremely light. The ripstop construction means that the fabric is divided into segments so that tears cannot get bigger. Nylon 210D is therefore particularly tear-resistant and its PU coating makes it water-repellent.

3D Air Mesh
The three-dimensional textured fabric with different thread thicknesses (P75D*30D) provides optimal ventilation and cushioning properties for back panels and shoulder straps.
Air Mesh has pores that allow for optimal air circulation, but are small enough to prevent moisture absorption. This characteristic makes it the perfect material for the back parts of evoc protector backpacks.
