Shipment
We mostly ship your goods with DHL and freight carrier. In order to be more flexible and guarantee a quick delivery, we also use other shipping companies, if needed. The decision which company to use is made during the shipping preparation, and we cannot have any influence on it beforehand.
Items that are in stock will reach you in about 2-4 working days within Germany, in about 2-6 working days within Europe and in about 5-19 working days outside of Europe, depending on the country of destination.
Bikes that are in stock will be delivered by a freight carrier in 4-8 working days within Germany and in 15 working days within Europe.
Terms of delivery outside the EU
In case of deliveries outside of the European Union, we will subtract the german VAT (19%).
For our customers with a delivery address in Switzerland: In addition to the shipping costs charged by us, there are no additional costs for import. Import customs clearance is handled by a service provider for you and we bear the costs for this.
